Carbonated soft drinks are filled by counter-pressure fillers. The filling nozzles must pressurize the bottles first. When the pressure inside the bottles equals to the pressure inside the filling tank, the filling valves will open, filling starts. When the beverage inside the bottles immerse the air return pipe, the filling stops. If integrated with a rinser and a capper, we will have the mono-block rinser/filler/capper. PET bottles are handled by neck gripping, glass bottles are transferred by bottom holding. Different caps should be handled by different capping system.
