Question 1：Can one filling machine to fill mineral water, carbonated soft drinks and fruit juice?

Answer：Yes, but No. Physically speaking, the filling machine can fill any liquid into bottles. But for different beverage, the filling process is different, that requires the filling valve to have different structure to realize the different filling process. Gravity filler can be used for still water, counter-pressure filler is used for carbonated soft drinks, and micro-vacuum filling valves is used for hot-fill juice.

Question 2：What is the counter-pressure filling?

Answer：The procedure of counter-press filling is to presurize CO2 inside the bottles first. When the pressure inside the bottles equal to the pressure in the filling tank, the filling valves will open, and the beverage flow down into the bottles.

Question 3：Can counter-pressure filling machine fill still water?

Answer：Yes, it can. But the filling procedure is the same as filling carbonated soft drinks. Which means you have to fill air (must be clean) into the bottles first. It waste the clean air, requires stronger bottles. It is not as good as the gravity filler.

Question 4：Can a hot-fill juice filler fill still water?

Answer：Yes, it can. But a hot-fill juice filler has a reflux channel. If it is used to fill still water, the returned water has to go back to the water treatment system to be treated again. It cgreases the operation cost. So, better use still water filling machine to fill still water.

Question 5: How to fill juice with fruit cube?

Answer：To fill the fruit cube with a piston filler first, then fill the pure juice. But the pure juice fillier must has some kind of mechanism to prevent the filling valves from being blocked by the fruit cube.
